All the packets have been accounted for, arrangements for our guests have been made, the schedule is firm as can be, and the staff is in the last hours of packing and loading to travel
ad focum mundi (Ashland, VA) tomorrow. All we will need are the
discipuli discipulaeque...that is 45 Latin students from around the Commonwealth.
A few last-minute reminders:
- bring a ROMAN costume of some type. You will wear it at least four times over the three weeks.
- remember a small wastebasket and a lamp for reading (the dorm rooms only have overhead lighting!)
- If your Latin club has a shirt (or from VJCL convention), bring it to wear.
