dies martis
Students participated in the second prandium Latinum today, and this lunch brought more people to th Mensa Latina (Latin table) than had previously attended. After lunch, Mr Corey Holec continued the Commodity Wars game from last night, in which students learned the difficulties of trade and history's effect on European and Middle Eastern economics. An exciting twist in the game today led to two multi-regnant alliances, the United Greco German Republic, and the United States of Afro Europe. After the two nations faced such events as the Punic Wars and the formation of the Silk Road, the Commodity Wars came to a close, and students discussed their new perspectives on history and trade. Currently academy students are preparing for the play: the actors are rehearsing, the musicians are choosing the pieces, and the set designers are creating a final design for the backdrop.
